Delivery Policy

Samuel J Perris primarily provides personalised services and digital materials. Unless a particular listing expressly states otherwise, no physical product will be shipped and no shipping charge applies.

Personalised ritual work is performed according to the timeframe described in the individual service listing or otherwise agreed with the client.

Where a purchase includes digital materials, recordings, photographs, written ritual records, certificates or other electronic content, these will be delivered electronically using the contact details supplied with the order.

Delivery and completion times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the personalised work. Where an unexpected delay occurs, the client will be contacted.
