Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All services offered by Samuel J Perris are personalised and prepared specifically for the individual client. Because of the bespoke nature of this work, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.

Before work has begun

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Samuel J Perris as soon as possible. Where preparation or performance of the personalised service has not yet begun, cancellation and refund requests will be considered in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

Once work has begun

Where you have requested that a personalised service begins during any applicable cancellation period, you acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed you may lose your statutory right to cancel. If you cancel after performance has begun but before it has been completed, you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service already supplied, where permitted by law.

Completed services

Once a personalised ritual or other service has been fully performed, refunds are not normally available simply because the client changes their mind or because a particular hoped-for outcome does not occur.

No specific external outcome or result is guaranteed. The service purchased is the preparation and performance of the work described in the relevant listing, together with any additional materials specifically stated as being included.

Problems with your order

If you believe that the service you received was not provided as described, or there is another problem with your order, please contact SpellsBySamuel@gmail.com so that the matter can be investigated and, where appropriate, put right.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
